[Trust Chara to stay goal-oriented even as they're terrified and calling for help. There's a muffled Tim's hurt, let's go Magnus-ward before she turns her whole attention back to the Stone.]

Okay good, we're gonna be there in ten minutes tops. Just hang tight. Is Tim still conscious? [Do they want to hang up or do they need her to stay on the Stone with them?]

[They knew they could count on her to act fast. The muffled shout is precisely what they need to hear, exhaling slowly and losing some of the tension in their shoulders. Soon. Ten minutes tops.

He is. He's- [A pause, Chara's voice coming through quieter, but still heard. They're not talking to her, in this moment.]

[Still conscious, fuck. She knows what it's like to be laid open, chunks of you missing and still you can't allow yourself to let go, to just fucking rest. They don't have a second to lose.]

Hey tell him if he doesn't listen to you and keep things chill, I'm gonna get Mags here to punch him in the face when he's better!

[A huff, almost a laugh. In the background, she may hear Tim mumbling- I'm already resting.]

Don't be smart. Lup says if you don't "chill", she'll have Magnus punch you when you're well.

[A pause, and dryly:]

And then I'd have to kill him. I don't want to do that, Tim. Lup and Magnus undoubtedly wouldn't appreciate it, either.

[They're joking, of course. Mostly.]

[She hears their trademark dry, morbid humor and can't help a private grin, full of pride. Keeping a cool head, calling for help, keeping Tim talking despite their own fears, they're doing all they can and it's real damn good. When they've got Tim squared away, when this is all fixed and in the past, she'll be sure to tell them as much.

She stays quiet for now, lets them focus on Tim but she doesn't let go of the Stone, keeping the line open for them as she hares through the woods.]
